Terms and Conditions (T&C)

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Wiedergutschlafen online shop. Deviating conditions of the buyer are not recognized unless the provider explicitly agrees in writing.

§ 2 Contract Formation

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the provider confirms the order by email or ships the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Shipping

All prices are in euros including VAT. Shipping costs are shown during the order process. For deliveries to countries outside the EU (in particular Switzerland), additional customs duties, import taxes and charges may apply. These are to be borne by the recipient and will not be covered or reimbursed by us.

§ 4 Payment

Payment is processed via Stripe. The purchase price is due upon completion of the order.

§ 5 Delivery

Delivery is to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery times are non-binding estimates. Custom products have longer delivery times.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exception: The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for goods made to customer specifications (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). This applies in particular to all custom orders via the configurator.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us by email at info@wiedergutschlafen.com. The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the buyer.

§ 7 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment is received.

§ 9 Limitation of Liability

The provider is liable without limitation for damages from injury to life, body or health and for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

§ 10 Dispute Resolution

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 11 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
